Trade Stand Rates & Terms

The application window for trade stand space for UK Dairy Day 2019 taking place on Wednesday 11th September at Telford is from Monday 5th November 2018 until Sunday 31st March 2019.

2018 Exhibitors have a priority window to apply for trade stand space from Monday 5th November 2018 to 31st January 2019.

Trade Stand Rates

The 2019 trade stand rates are for open space only and exclude additional services to be booked separately.  The Table Top rate includes 1 x trestle table (no table cloth) and 2 chairs if required. All prices are ex VAT

Invoice Dates

Invoices will be raised on 1st February 2019 for 2018 exhibitors re-booking.
New exhibitors will be invoiced from 1st February on confirmation of application.

Invoice Terms

All invoices are to be paid by BACS within 30 days of invoice date.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your trade stand space, please notify the Organisers in by email or in writing as soon as possible. We reserve the right to re-let any cancelled space. Refunds will apply as follows:

  • From 1st February 2019 to 31st March– 50% refund
  • From 1st April 2019 – No refund will be given
